Hours: 35-40 hours per week (Incorporating formal/structured training or apprenticeship course requirements)

Location: Bristol and South Gloucestershire region

About the Role:

Our client is a Property Investor who is acquiring and renovating a number of residential properties across the Bristol Region and is seeking to develop an ambitious and reliable candidate (who possesses existing building-trade experience) into a multi-skilled Property Developer.

The role will benefit from close supervision and mentoring, by an experienced multi-trader, and a willingness to learn and safely apply new skills will be essential throughout the development journey.

The starting rates offered reflect our Client’s ambition to attract high calibre candidates who embody; quality, enthusiasm, punctuality and a whole project approach.

The role can be structured around planned/existing training and apprenticeship requirements, or expanding upon a newly qualified status.

What you’ll need

To be successful in this role it is important that you demonstrate a commitment to embrace our client’s culture, which focuses on planning, documenting and executing tasks in a safe and organised site.

You will need to have a full UK driving licence.

Experience or a passion to learn the following skills will be beneficial:

  • General Building Works and Extensions.
  • Loft Conversions & Roofing.
  • Dry Lining and Partition Walls.
  • Strip out and preparation.
  • Plastering/Decorating /Tiling.
  • Insulation.
  • Carpentry and Joinery.
  • Plumbing & Heating.
  • Landscaping.
  • General Labouring.
  • Flooring Installations.
  • Other common renovation and building tasks.
