Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to a steady stream of incoming warm leads
  • Qualifying leads and identifying the best opportunities
  • Conducting viewings of stunning properties and showcasing their unique features
  • Building strong relationships with a diverse clientele, from first-time buyers to high net worth investors
  • Negotiating deals to secure the best possible outcome for all parties involved
  • Providing expert advice to clients based on your extensive knowledge of the industry
  • Managing transactions from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and successful outcome
  • Updating our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Providing exceptional after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and market developments to stay ahead of the competition

The successful applicant will have:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Prior experience as an estate agent / lettings negotiator with a proven track record
  • Sense of humour and people skills
  • Resilience, tenacity and attention to detail
