About this job

An opportunity has arisen for a Personal Injury claims professional to join the busy and friendly Insurance Team providing a customer-focused service across Barking and Dagenham. You will be responsible for all aspects of casualty and complex personal injury claims handling, and administrative support to the Insurance Manager.

About you

You will have solid insurance and administrative experience dealing with personal injury claims and have the ability to investigate, negotiate and communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally. You will have a strong insurance background with a sound understanding of insurance principles. Experience of working within a similar setting is desirable but not essential as training will be provided. A flexible approach to work is essential as you may be required, on occasion, to attend meetings outside normal working hours.
