Description
This newly-created position will provide operational support to Lockton's P&C Retail business in the London office.
The position will involve a number of duties which include:
Monthly forecasting and financial reporting- Support budget process
- Monitoring KPI reports / exception reports / dashboards including: Invoicing, CC, EOC, PPW, Unrenewed Risks
- Manage relationship with processing teams in Technical Solutions
- IBA - credit control meetings; bad debt management; escalation point for issues & query management
- File audit selection and completion (QAFA)
- KPMG audit samples - completion of quarterly & annual samples
- Day to dat business support on operational queries
- Internal audit - management of process and post audit actions
- Implementation of operational change
- Product Governance / Delegated Authority Management
- Attend regional exec meetings and prepare operations pack
