About the role:

Location: Edinburgh

Salary: £29,712 - £37,140 (depending on experience) base salary, plus annual discretionary bonus, 15% employer pension contribution (when you put in 6%), 4% flexible cash pot, private medical insurance, 28 days holiday plus bank holidays

What we need from you…

The ability to prioritise and evaluate your own workload, fulfilling immediate tactical requirements whilst progressing other strategic work items to completion.
Handle and maintain data, working across multiple teams and data types
You’re proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
Use your communicative capabilities and authenticity to form relationships across the business.
Support sound governance around recruitment, budget, and headcount.
Use logical reasoning to question data and understand complexity
Listen actively and demonstrate the skills for identifying the business relevance of key trends and attention to critical detail
