Bar Back

Lizard Lounge Bar & Kitchen located in South Woodford (Central Line), offering premium cocktails, draught & craft lagers, wines and the very best gourmet burgers, are looking for experienced: -

Bar Backs (Part-time)

with drive, enthusiasm, a good work ethic, great personality, well presented and the ability to maintain a happy, yet professional manner.

Applicants must have a minimum of 3 months experience in the bar/ pub industry, must speak fluent English, work quickly with a smile, whilst delivering excellent service within a busy environment.

We need applicants that care about what they do, who enjoy working hard and who are willing to go that extra mile for customers. The position will be based around working weekday evenings & weekends.

Applicant must be eligible to work in UK and (MUST) LIVE LOCALLY.

Your responsibilities as BAR BACK will include:

• Ensure there is always enough back up alcohol
• Retrieve alcohol from the storage area if any bartender runs out
• Change kegs when required
• Collecting empty glasses and bottles from the tables and outside the bar
• Wipe down tables and bar tops
• Re-stock garnishes and mixes
• Replenishing clean glassware
• Re-stock ice when needed
• Maintaining the entire bar equipment, including line cleaning for draught lagers and post mix dispensers.
