Job Role Ad: Head of Marketing at LIP Ladies in Power

LIP Ladies in Power is a global leader in mindset and motivation for women, and we are looking for a Head of Marketing to join our team in our brand new central London HQ. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for leading the marketing team and driving the growth of our brand.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth.

- Lead the planning and execution of events, including conferences, workshops, and webinars.

- Manage social media channels and create engaging content to reach our target audience.

- Develop and execute successful ad campaigns across different channels, including social media, search, and display.

- Run email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and sales.

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials.

- Analyze and report on marketing performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.

- Manage a team of two interns, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on event marketing, social media, and digital advertising.

- Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

- Experience managing a team.

- Passion for empowering women and promoting a positive mindset.

Salary: £63,308.00-£68,569.00 per year
