Position Overview & Specifications

At Opera Grill, you will be working towards the Hospitality Team Member - Food Production Level 2 apprenticeship over the course of 15 months, alongside your daily roles and responsibilities.

Your daily roles and responsibilities will include;

Preparing, cooking and presenting food in line with company specifications.
Running a section of the kitchen ensuring the correct levels of stock are maintained and the cleanliness of the section is to a high standard.
Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen and ensuring that all requirements are met in relation to Health and Safety and Food Safety.
Ensuring all food preparation, handling and storage is carried out adhering to company hygiene standards.
Responsibility for portion control and wastage to ensure gross profits are achieved.

Qualifications required

No qualifications required – just a drive to learn and passion for hospitality. You will receive full training on the job alongside your apprenticeship.
