What will you do?

Lendlease Consulting focuses on the Client representative services of Project Management, Cost Management and Principal Design, the Consulting group at Lendlease has a proven track record of delivering a high-quality bespoke service at every stage of the project life cycle. We are looking for Assistant Project Managers to lead/support small to medium sized projects and help oversee client quality, cost and time goals, leading and managing the wider consultant team and reporting. He

Prepare the project execution plan.
Direct a fully informed and motivated team.
Manage client relationship on the current project
Produce project programmes and monitor the project in line with those programmes.
Ensure progress of the project by creating forums for the project team and external stakeholders.
Attend and chair selected project meetings.
Monitor project costs in line with the approved budget.
Manage key project issues to the satisfaction of the client.
Manage all consultants and contractors associated with the project.
Develop and maintain risk register.
Administer the works contract.
Contribute to the preparation of bids, expressions of interest and capability statements.

You will bring

Strong Interpersonal skills including ability to manage client relationships.
Experience working as an Assistant Project Manager.
Experience of dealing with customers, clients and contractors.
Strong written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of the property and construction industry (Desirable).
Ideally a degree or equivalent work experience and working towards a professional membership (ICE, CIOB, MAPM, RICS).
