We are looking for an Office Administrator/PA to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Manager, including filing, data entry, customer service, and other general office duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently and is able to take initiative when needed.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Take dictation and minutes
- Source office supplies
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Devise and maintain office filing system

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
· MS Office and English proficiency
· Outstanding organisational and time management skills
· Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
· Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Discretion and confidentiality
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £24,528.00-£26,226.00 per year
