Position Overview & Specifications

We are in search of an outstanding, dedicated Teaching Assistant to support students with special needs. As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to primary school children.

About the role:

Committed to Safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children.
To promote and reinforce their self-esteem & encourage their integration within the school community.
Meeting physical needs as required whilst encouraging independence.
Assist the class teacher and offer support in classroom activities.

Supporting children in a primary school with ADHD or Autism.

A dedicated and friendly team of staff.

Requirements:

Available to work 08:30 - 16:00, Monday to Friday.
Recent experience supporting children or adults with additional needs.
Available immediately.
Happy to apply for or already have an enhanced Child or Child and Adult DBS on the update service.
