Position Overview & Specifications

LARA Search are on the lookout for a dynamic, dedicated and knowledgeable Behaviour Mentor to join our team at a wonderful college in Uxbridge. The successful candidate will have experience working with young people with SEND needs or challenging behaviour and the ability to create a safe and positive learning environment.

The school caters to KS4 - KS5 children and young adults with challenging behaviour, SEND Needs, and SEMH. It is an excellently run establishment, and this is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking for a new challenge.

Requirements:

Available to work 08:30 - 16:00, Monday to Friday.
Recent experience supporting children or adults with additional needs.
Experience supporting challenging behaviour.
