We are excited to advertise an opportunity for two permanent Practice Development Managers to join us here in Lancashire.
The role of the Practice Development Manager is to lead on the improvement of skills, practice, knowledge and confidence across Lancashire County Council's Children's Services. The post will co-ordinate and lead Learning and Development initiatives which are developed to meet the bespoke needs of each function.
No two days as a Practice Development Manager are the same and we are seeking enthusiastic, confident and experienced Social Workers to be part of an ever-evolving team.
