Immerse your customers in memorable and genuine face to face in store experiences, developing personal connections with your customers to build trust and loyalty. Yves Saint Laurent demonstrates an incredible heritage which is at the heart of everything we do as a Beauty Advisor.


Being a personal shopper for your customers allows you to identify and understand needs, inspiring your customers with luxury, yet edgy looks. You will be part of a beauty expert team demonstrating boldness and couture for this established Parisian brand.

To be successful…

    • Ability to work flexibility during retail hours, which is likely to include evenings, weekends and holidays (except Christmas day)
    • Maintain and control stock levels according to store or retailer guidelines
    • To ensure all results are documented and reported in a timely manner to the manager and head office.
    • To liaise with the store or counter manager on product returns, ensuring this is done in line with brand procedure.
    • To ensure stock is kept separately from non-saleable products
    • To adhere to all brand visual merchandising guidelines
    • To ensure the stock room is a safe environment with Health and Safety guidelines adhered to at all times
    • To ensure the stock room is organised, kept clean and tidy
    • Ability to use POS software and other digital systems required to successfully run the counter
    • Maintain the counter/store quality and merchandising including appearance and cleanliness of counter/store, follow merchandising guidelines and ensure on shelf product availability
    • Develop positive relationships with colleagues, department store floor managers and head office
    • Be aware of and abide by Department rules and regulations and to maintain a good working relationship with all store personnel
    • Excellent business acumen including stock analysis, inventory management, forward planning and organisation
    • Be a brand ambassador with your attitude, eventing and on-brand grooming
    • Offer creative ideas to generate new and efficient ways of working
    • Be flexible as tasks arise and be able to prioritise these accordingly
    • Be flexible working across several stores/teams/store management where the business requires
    • Be a brand ambassador with your attitude, work-ethic and on-brand grooming and lead by example
    • Attend, engage and participate in brand training
    • Coaches’ peers when appropriate and share know-how and experience
