Position Overview & Specifications
The hours for this role is Monday to Friday, 9-5pm with an hour for lunch.
As an integral part of the Front of House team, you'll be responsible for:
- Meeting clients who visit the office,
- Diary management,
- Coordinating bookings for the meeting rooms,
- File opening and closing,
- General administrative duties including filing, photocopying, scanning etc.
- Keeping the reception area tidy
Experience as a Receptionist or Legal Secretary in a Law Firm specifically would be advantageous but isn't essential.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience within professional services
- Excellent administration skills and experience
- Communication, organisation, and time-management skills
- Awareness of good Client Service
