Breakfast Team Member (Full-Time)

At Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel, we have an exciting opening coming up to join our Breakfast Team…

(Please note, this role is due to start from February 2023 onwards)

We are looking for someone who can commit Full-Time (up to 40 hours per week), across a minimum of 3 to 4 shifts per week. Being flexible would be a great plus! You will have early starts and early finishes to work around our business needs.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means we can offer great flexibility if required. At Kimpton we encourage our Team Members to Be Yourself and Lead Yourself! We will be there to support you each step of the way.

We are paying £10.50 per hour, all overtime is paid for plus service charge through our Tronc programme!

As a Breakfast Team Member your main duties and responsibilities will be greeting and seating our guests; serving beverages with a positive attitude; dealing with customer queries or complaints and working alongside our kitchen team! To smash this role out of the park, the key skills & experience you’ll ideally already have are:

• Experience working within a Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, Barista, Bartender or Host
• Confidence in delivering great service, have a can-do attitude and always willing to help out where needed
• Passion for providing positive guest experiences, you will be someone who loves to interact with our guests!
• Willing to learn new things and work as part of our wider Hotel team!
