The Machine Operator is a full-time role, 45 hours per week, worked Monday to Friday 7am – 5pm. The salary offered is £28,314.00 per annum

25 days holiday plus paid leave for the bank holidays in a full year

The role of the Machine Operator will be to manage setup, tune-up, and monitor semi-
automated machinery to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness with minimal downtime.

The ideal candidate would need to be hard-working, proactive, organised, with a passion for detail and quality, and a good motivator of people. Lead by example.

The Role

Setting up the case packer/labeller machines ready for production.
Running routine maintenance of machinery.
Ensuring quality and productivity targets are met consistently.
Attention to detail and adjusting the machine as needed to improve Quality and

maintain line speeds.

Carry out in-process Quality checks at specified intervals and record downtime.
Full ownership of machine performance.

Hands-on experience with machinery, an inner understanding of how machines

work, attention to detail, and a keen to learn with a can-do attitude.
