Job Title: Web Designer Wanted! (Graduates Welcome)

Key Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and bootstrap libraries.
  • Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
  • Understanding of user experience (UX) design and accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG)
  • Ability to optimise website performance for fast loading times and smooth performance
  • Ability to use design software like Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and how to optimize websites for search engines

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop websites and applications that will have users doing cartwheels with joy!
  • Become technical proficient with .Net framework- training provided
  • Ensure internal web applications have great use ability and flow.
  • Working with the development team to ensure website designs are brought to life with clean and effective code
  • Analysing website performance using tools like Google Analytics, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest web design trends and technologies
  • Testing and debugging websites to ensure a high-quality user experience

Education and Experience:

  • A UK Degree in computer science, web design, graphic design, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles, wireframing, and responsive design.
  • A great understanding of .NET, React, ASP.NET, C#, Entity Framework, and SQL Server. We are looking for an individual who wants to move to a full-stack environment and do it all.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. We're all in this together!
