We are looking for some temporary support in our communications and marketing team to help us with a some campaign work, as a result of new projects at Karbon. We are looking for support over the next 3 to 12 months and can be flexible on the number of hours per week. If you are looking for a short term contract, either part time or full time, and have solid communications and marketing experience, this might be the right opportunity for you.

About the role

Our team is focused on promoting and protecting Karbon’s reputation and brand and in supporting the growth, customer experience, culture and employee engagement strategies of the business. We aim to do this through a team of experienced communications experts with a collaborative, business partnering style.

We are looking to appoint a Communications and Marketing Executive on a fixed-term, full or part time basis to support on a range of exciting projects. The term duration and number of hours worked will be agreed with the successful candidate, but will likely be a minimum of three days per week for 3 to 12 months.

About you

As the Communications and Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our mission by supporting the delivery of strategic, planned and engaging communications activity that meets the needs of our customers, stakeholders and colleagues.

- Location – hybrid working with a blend of office (Gosforth/Stanley) and homeworking/flexible working available

- Full or part time – hours to be agreed upon offer (minimum 3 days)

- Regular travel will be required
