Operations Manager

Karak Chaii is one of the UK's fastest growing Chaii brands. Karak Chaii is has plans to take London by storm and is looking for an operations manager to drive the growth of the brand across the London area.

As an Operations manager you will be responsible for managing all of the groups stores as well as managing the franchise branches across London

We are actively looking for the individual to join the team who can actively take over the day to day operations and manage the team of staff. The yes I can attitude, Ability to lead, passion about food and service, problem solving techniques, Able to work under pressure, Basic knowledge of food and beverage are few qualities required for this role. All necessary trainings will be provided.

Previous experience in similar roles is essential.

The role is a full time position and will involve long hours, drive and determination to grow the branch. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for finding new sites, securing sites, managing the fitouts and ensuring that stores open on time.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has experience of working with a new brand and been part of the fabric for growth. Having a driving license is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
