Position Overview & Specifications

Due to continued growth, we are looking Receptionist/Administrator to be part of an expanding team at our Witham St. Hughs HQ. Jointline operate throughout the UK on projects including construction, airfields, highways, car parks and internal line marking.

We are looking for an outgoing, well presented and organised individual who is capable of working on their own and as part of a team. You will enjoy working with others, have a great "can do" approach to customer service and importantly have a friendly approach to everyone who you come in contact with.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPERIENCE

You will be working as part of an experienced team and duties include but not limited to:

  • Act as first point of contact for our customers and portray a positive, professional and helpful image of the organisation.
  • Undertake a wide range of administrative tasks and duties using Microsoft office 365.
  • Handling telephone enquiries.
  • General administration, data entry, scanning, printing and mail duties.
  • Raising and receiving purchase orders.
  • Statement reconciliations.
  • Stock control.
  • Ad-hoc admin duties for other departments.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office 365.
  • Excellent organisational and time keeping skills.
  • Good telephone manner
  • Understand and follow company processes.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload.
