Summary
Founded in 2008, PureGym is the UK’s leading gym chain and a pioneer of the low cost, high quality fitness experience. It operates over 230 gyms with more than one million members. This is a key role to support the PureGym project manager and field based sales team when time allows. Being a pro-active problem solver and having a high level of attention to detail is imperative. This role provides a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
Description of Key duty/responsibility
Support the Commercial Director in respect of his PG Global Account responsibilities,
Manage the PG Global Account emails
Be the central office based communication point for all PG Global related queries, both internal and external.
Acquire, collate and share information and reporting with / from each PG Territory JHT PM.
Support the PG UK Account Team help manage and coordinate day-to-day operational aspects of the UK Contract including; quote generation, gym layout and design, order processing, stock levels, delivery and installation and after sales.
Order processing.
Collating information to support management reporting.
Update Microsoft Dynamic CRM system with required data
Attend meetings and site visits as appropriate
Essential skills

- Be able to work under pressure whilst maintaining a professional and friendly approach.
- Be highly organised and thorough in order to meet reporting deadlines.
- Be empathetic and considerate towards other members of the team.
- Be able to build strong relationship with customers and suppliers alike.
- Must have a high level of attention to detail.
- Driver and use of a Car as weekly travel to our Marchington Warehouse.
QUALIFICATIONS
GCSE in English and Math as a minimum.
College education preferred though not essential if replaced by minimum of 3 years office experience in a similar role.

Salary: From £24,000.00 per year
