Sales Assistant

John Pass is a third-generation family run business, and is looking to strengthen its team, yet again, in Crewe.

We are looking for a very commercially focused individual who can drive our sales and assist with the general day to day duties of the store. This includes serving customers, merchandising, taking payments, wrapping and packing goods, taking in after sales items and repairs, understanding the stock, liaising with colleagues and helping with specific events, to name a few.

To be invited to an interview you will need to demonstrate through your CV that you have the following

· Experience of working within luxury retail and an ability to achieve ambitious sales targets

· World class customer service skills. You will understand and empathetically deal appropriately with each customer journey

· Strong interpersonal and relationship building acumen must be second to none

· An interest in and a passion for jewellery and watches

· Ability to use modern technology for sales, general communication and promotion of John Pass. This ideally would include all the usual Microsoft packages but also a good understanding of social media and the impact that can have on sales.

The position is full time working at least 4 days per week. At least 3 out of 4 Saturdays are required with a day off in the week being accommodated. The salary quoted is for a full time position working 40 hours and 50 minutes per week.
