Position Overview & Specifications

Hours of Work

When working in this position you will be expected to work a Rotating Shift Pattern of 6am-2pm and 11am-7pm including some weekend working.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the site to deliver their daily objectives through operational planning.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with operational and support managers and agency providers to ensure effective channels of communication

  • Support and Deliver recruitment of new Partners and Agency.

  • Provide support the Resource Planning Management team – this includes both verbal and written communication

  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality keeping all files in compliance with the Data Protection Act.

  • Issue data reporting to the Resource Planning Manager and Site management, to enable the correct forecasting resources for the site.

  • Deliver a high standard of customer experience for Partners, Agency, customers and suppliers on site.

  • Provide and contribute to continual improvement initiatives for the team and/ or site


What you’ll need:

  • Previous experience of working within a logistics/supply chain environment.

  • Managing Partner and Agency Relationships

  • Previous experience in data analysis


What else you may bring:

  • Previous experience in a planning, training or resourcing function.

  • Capable of covering other operations to provide support as required
