What you will be doing...

Business Systems Analyst, based at Holiday House in Leeds City Centre.

This is a hybrid role with the ability and scope to work flexibly from home.

Jet2.com and Jet2holidays are recruiting a highly methodical and technically-minded Business Systems Analyst to join our growing IT Project Office. You will be Working as One Team across the business to capture, document and translate business needs, ensuring the appropriate requirements are analysed and documented for each initiative. The work you deliver will allow us to continue to improve customer experience, Create Memories, increase operational efficiency and maximise profit as the business continues to grow.

What will you do in the role?

Our Business Systems Analyst predominantly works with ‘off-the-shelf’ third party software solutions, meaning you will be more focused on the technology aspect of the solution. You will therefore need to take into consideration how it will integrate and impact our current infrastructure, security, and architecture. In addition, you will:

Have the ability to use a variety of requirement elicitation techniques and documentation, ensuring business processes are fully understood
Define and document IT system dependencies and integration
Consult throughout the project lifecycle and post-implementation to ensure solution design, business requirements and IT Strategy are satisfied
Work with vendors to understand their solutions and their suitability for our business requirements
Support the tendering process (RFI and RFP) to identify a suitable vendor and solution

What are the key skills/experience you’ll already have?

Our Business Systems Analyst will have previous experience in facilitating and running workshops/interviews with relevant departments. You will also: -

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Possess strong stakeholder management skills
Have the ability to build and maintain fantastic working relationships with third-party suppliers and colleagues at all levels
