Responsibilities:

• Support the farm team in upholding welfare and production standards.
• Follow Farm Manager instructions for proper bird husbandry.
• Manage litter and maintain a clean environment.
• Prepare for chick arrivals and bird departures.
• Keep the farm tidy and secure.
• Observe safe working practices and wear protective gear.

Requirements:

• No experience necessary, comprehensive training provided.
• Genuine interest in chicken farming and animal welfare.
• Own transport due to remote location.
• Team player with a flexible approach to varying hours.
• Willingness to work weekends and undertake necessary duties.
