As a member of the Cookie Crew at our University Green store located at University Green Manchester M13 9GP, you are the ultimate Insomniac – day or night! Not only are you the face of Insomnia Cookies for all our fans coming into the store, but you also get to bake all our awesome warm and delicious cookies as well.

What will I do as a member of the Cookie Crew?

Promptly greet all our fans entering the bakery and assist them with their orders
Help fans understand menu items, ask clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
Let your personality shine by giving each fan a warm experience with a smile
Bake our delicious cookies to perfection
Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are created and sent out
Cleaning, sanitising, and maintaining the bakery
Provide a safe, clean, working environment for our fans and team whilst adhering to safe food handling practices
Take payments accurately and efficiently

Desired skills/experience

Experience as within a customer service focused role preferred
Fun loving, genuine, outgoing demeanour
Great communication and organisational skills
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom
Must be 18 years or older
