Office Administrator

Inneg is a growing medico-legal services provider that provides consultancy support to solicitors and doctors specialising in clinical negligence and personal injury.

Your role will be to support our solicitor clients with managing the administration and development of their medico-legal claims.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, service-driven individual with excellent communication to join our growing team in the role of Medico-Legal Analyst

• Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours. No weekend or evening shifts. (Regular working hours are 9-5 but we can offer flexibility)

Duties and responsibilities: What Will I Be Doing?

• Supporting our solicitor clients with the management of their medico-legal claims
• Liaising with medical consultants
• Managing your own workload (inbox and daily tasks)
• Managing an active caseload
• Actively building and maintaining client relationships
• Working closely with other colleagues on case management
• Ensuring CRM is kept updated and inbound information is logged

What Skills Do I Need?

• A high level of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
• CRM experience
• Client relations experience
• Ability to work independently, methodically and accurately
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literate and proficient in use of all main Microsoft Programs

What Experience Do I Need?

No industry experience is required, but we would like candidates to have a minimum of 2 years office-based admin experience.
