Supervisor / General Cinema Assistant

IMC Enniskillen Cinema are currently Hiring a Part time Supervisor / General Cinema Assistant on a Part-Time Permanent Flexible Hours contract.

You will be part of a team to ensure every customer has an unrivalled experience. With a variety of areas of work such as front of house, back office and Projection, to work with and supervisor an efficient work force team is what we're looking for! Whether selling tickets, popping fresh popcorn or aiding customers to their seats, your job will be to ensure every customer has the best experience possible within the IMC Cinema Group. The successful candidate will be;

• Aged 21 or Over*
• Available to work across a full 7 day rota. This includes evenings and weekends.
• Grade C or above in GCSE English and Maths

* Applicants must be aged 21 or over to comply with Cinema Licensing Laws. Persons who apply of whom are underage will not be considered for the position.

Key Responsibilities;

• Operate checkout and at front of house Duties
• Back office & Projection duties
• Ensure stock levels are sufficient and correctly displayed
• Rotate Stock
• Keep the cinema clear and ensure any potential hazards are dealt with quickly and efficiently
• Assist the Manager team with all areas of cinema operation
• Food Handling
• Compliance with Health and Safety Regulations
• Increasing Sales and offering upsales where appropriate
• Following Policies and Procedures
• Dealing Face to Face with large groups of people, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and efficiency
• Cleaning and ensuring the cinema is presentable at all times

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-25 per week

Salary: £10.42-£10.92 per hour
