Imas Aquatic Services ltd t'as Still waters Pond and Water feature Specialists is a small, but progressive business based in Knebworth, Hertfordshire. We are a professional, truly customer focused outfit who are passionate about encouraging people to see the wonderful value that a well considered pond or water feature can bring to their home.
We are looking to welcome a hardworking individual, with a positive outlook and a calm demeanor to our team.
You will have:
- A passion for ponds.
- Experience in keeping your own pond/ aquarium.
- High levels of self motivation
- A proven track record in a similar industry, if not aquatics as to show the necessary skills and commitment
- An open mind, keenness to learn and want to provide a first class service
- Great timekeeping and reliability.
- The competence to drive a large van
- A strong focus on detail and being dedicated to maintaining standards.
- The ability to accurately follow verbal or written direction.
- A strong customer focus ethic, whilst being courteous and positive
- A solutions not problems mindset.
- Strong communication skills.
- Flexible approach to work
- Good organisational skills and strategies that support the efficient management of your work load.
Responsibilities:
- Confidently undertake all aspects of pond maintenance, service and repair (necessary training given to the right candidate)
- Manage van inventory
- Manage work schedule
- Undertake necessary paperwork as required.
- Ensure project site is organised, properly managed and safe.
