Position Overview & Specifications
Position: Business Process Management Expert(ARIS Tool Expert)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Pay Rate: Open
Setting: Remote (Paid travel to Dublin, Ireland office once every few months)

Job Responsibilities:
- Experience in using Software AG's ARIS Platform products for Business Process Modelling, particularly ARIS IT Architect/Designer
- Good understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) Lifecycle and concepts
- Should have experience in handling Aris setup, configuration, Library structure, User access management, providing server licenses.
- Act as an ARIS Resource out of the box and custom reports/macro access management and manage modelling template.
- Expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies, techniques, and methods, including process mapping/modelling.
- Responsible for analysing, validating, verifying, and managing requirements needs for existing and new projects and able to compare AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
- Able to design and create end to end sector and cross sector process models using ARIS Tool
- Lead and drive process modelling discussions with very minimal support and guidance from management.
- Managing stakeholders across geographies and communicating with clients to understand their requirements/issues and draw actionable insights to provide solutions.
Required Skills:
- Should have Knowledge of ARIS Clients, ARIS Architect/Designer and ARIS Connect, ARIS reports & queries, ARIS AWARE Dashboard, ARIS Governance, Risk & Compliance, and ARIS Process Mining, etc.
- Good understanding of Business Process Management Lifecycle and concepts.
- Experience in working in ARIS tool.
- Team management skills.

Pay: £390.00 per day
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
