We are looking for Machine Learning Engineer- Poland based.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to manage the machine learning pipeline solution and development ecosystem for the AI team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms, as well as experience with data processing and storage technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases. Additionally, this role will assist the AI team in daily tasks around the Unix environment and manage the computation server.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the machine learning pipeline solution that builds the models.
• Train and assist the AI team in the use of the machine learning pipeline.
• Propose evolutions to enable data processing for everyone in the team.
• Manage the development ecosystem of the AI team, including Gitlab and ensure best practices are followed.
• Maintain the whole solution, including the computation server.
• Assist the AI team in daily tasks around the Unix environment, including the automation of various tasks using batch scripting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in machine learning model development and data processing, preferably with Python.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and data processing concepts.
• Familiarity with data storage technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases .
• Experience with Gitlab and implementing CI.
• Proficient in batch scripting for Unix technology watch on Data processing, ML Engineering solutions etc…
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Handle the support of the whole development ecosystem configuration (Gitlab, Devpi, Autoops…) - Become the SME of the team when it comes to deal with Machine Learning ecosystem - Achieve to convert every AI Engineers’ Data processing needs in reality - Demonstrate the ability to steer project or small initiatives on the Machine Learning Engineering components of the team - Conduct some technology watch and propose alternative/evolutions for the tools used in the team

Salary: £33,033.43-£97,740.69 per year
