Accurately enter, amend, and update data onto their systems.
Creating document templates using information sourced from files
Managing day to day correspondence with clients, ensuring work is prioritised, and completed within the correct time frame
Creating electronic and paper files
Quality control – document checking.
Data entry
Reviewing claims
Processing and calculating premiums
