What you will do as a Night Receptionist

Checking in and checking out of all hotel guests
Responsible for all Front Office functions during the overnight shift
Handling guest complaints during the night shift
Establishing rapport with guests, providing guest recognition and good customer relations
Playing an active role in the World of Care and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion activities.
