We are looking for a Chef De Partie to join our Culinary brigade! Requirements:

• Minimum experience in a similar role, within a 5* Hotel environment
• Culinary qualifications
• Strong coaching and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
