Job Title – Consumer Customer Service Advisor

Start Date – May 2023

Salary - £10.90 per hour + £300 per month performance bonus

Working hours - Hours- 37.5 hours per week

5 days per week on a shift rotation between the following days and times:
Mon to Fri between 8am and 6pm, Saturdays and Sundays between 9am-3pm

Where you will be working -

This is a hybrid position of working in our Glasgow office 1 day per week and the rest working from the comfort of your home.

Overall Job Purpose

Working on behalf of our premium distillery client your day-to-day tasks will include the following -

• Optimising the consumer experience through a personalised, premium service
• Being the initial point of contact for all queries
• Demonstrating a can-do attitude in every situation to constantly raise the level of service provided and consistently exceeding customer expectations
• Proactively working as part of a team and ensuring you have a customer-centric approach
• Responding to consumer/customer queries and needs effectively & efficiently through both phone calls and emails
• Acting with urgency to deliver results to each consumer
• Consulting with consumer regarding their individual needs
• Working in a fast-paced environment
