Customer Service Administrator

Our highly prestigious client are looking for a customer service administrator to support them on their customer service enquiry team to start ASAP. You will be handling enquiries from students in relation to student accommodation in and around London.

Based in Hammersmith, hours are 9.00 am - 6.00 pm Monday - Friday. Once training has been completed there will be the opportunity to work from home two days per week.

Duties will include:

• Responding to emails from clients regarding booking enquiries
• Handling high volume inbound calls from clients
• Building rapport
• Sending out quotes on email / letter and following this up
• Monitor the live chat function
