Position Overview & Specifications
Summary of Purpose
The John Roe Group employs over 100 people across Lincolnshire and Humberside, with 4 locations in Hull, Scunthorpe and Grimsby. Founded as a family company over 50 years ago, we are still family owned and pride ourselves on Customer Service.
Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn important aspects of the business while providing support to our administration, accounts and sales teams.
Working both independently but also as part of an experienced team, you will require strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail to undertake basic accounts and administration functions. This is a great opportunity to develop valuable skills with 'on the job' training provided.

Key Job Areas
- Liaise with the sales team and process vehicle orders in line with customer orders, demonstrators or showroom stock requirements.
- Liaise with the sales team to completes sales invoicing, ensuring all costs are included.
- Ensure stock records are complete and up to date for new, used and fleet vehicles as appropriate and carry out monthly stock checks.
- Process and reconcile daily banking
- Ensure all ledgers are maintained and updated on a timely basis in accordance with Group procedures.
- Manage and report on Group debtors to Senior Management.

¨ Must hold a full driver’s licence

Salary: From £21,715.00 per year
