We are looking for someone to support the activities of the Purchasing Department to ensure that the department provides the highest levels of service to internal and external stakeholders.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To provide support to the Purchasing team including Import/Export activities
- To input and administer purchase orders on to SAP system accurately and efficiently to ensure orders with suppliers are placed to facilitate the smooth running of the business and its’ operations.
- To actively progress order queries such as delivery dates, availability, shortages, damages etc. and to deal effectively with any account queries through to resolution.
- Co-ordinate, progress and chase orders and advise internal customers of status.
- Support the gathering of compliance information for products & materials and update SAP accordingly.
- Maintain certifications for Approved Vendors

Salary: £24,990.00-£29,500.00 per year
