As a Lecturer in Law and Human Behaviour, you will:

  • Plan and deliver high quality learning, teaching and assessment in your subject area
  • Manage lessons to ensure that students are clear about expectations and make good progress
  • Ensure academic performance targets are met for your classes
  • Actively contribute to developing the curriculum based on national best practice
  • Provide clear frameworks for students in terms of expectations, policies and rights
  • Promote college values and act with integrity, honesty and respect.

To be successful as a Lecturer in Law and Human Behaviour, you will have:

  • A Full teacher training qualification OR be willing to work towards one within two years
  • A degree in a relevant subject
  • Good organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to students quickly and effectively
  • Enthusiasm, drive and the ability to work with limited direction
  • Evidence of success in previous/current teaching roles (desirable)
  • Experience of teaching related subjects such as Psychology, Criminology, Childcare, or Sociology (desirable)

In return, my client is offering an annual salary of up to £41,000.
