As Reservationist what you’ll be doing

In this maternity cover position you will be based at Homewood working five days from 7 on a rota basis. There will be the opportunity for hybrid working following the successful completion of a probationary period
Be our ‘go to’ person on room, dining and spa bookings for Homewood in Freshford and The Bird, Bath
Ensure you are prepared to provide the very best of guest service with faultless hotel knowledge and a keen sense of organisation
Show excellent communication as you work closely with all hotel teams and their managers to maximise the guest experience
Work as part of a small reservations team to provide a seamless reservations service across 7 days of the week
Take guidance from our General Managers and Senior Team on how we can maximise revenue through upselling, upgrading and sharing our latest offers
Offer support to the hotel teams with your working knowledge of systems including Opera, Resdiary, Premier Spa and Guest Folio
