Our team of volunteers are essential to the delivery of our services; they are a group of passionate and committed individuals and we need to increase their numbers as demand for our services grows. We have created this new role to focus on recruiting more volunteers and to make sure their experience of working with HOST is as fulfilling for them as it is for the families they support.
We are looking for someone with exceptional organisational skills and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude. We need someone who can create engaging content for social media campaigns to generate interest in all our volunteering opportunities. The successful person will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of volunteer recruitment and managing the volunteer journey from advertising right through to those volunteers starting to deliver support.
As a family support charity, we provide support and flexibility to our employees too - all our staff are parents themselves and we work hard to help you manage a great work/family balance.
