Our Caregiver promise ensures you build great relationships with your clients helping you become an Exceptional Caregiver.

• Highest pay rates in care minimum of £11.50 - £15.00 per hour
• Door to door mileage paid at 45p per mile – from your home to theirs and back again!
• Guaranteed Pay Contracts - consistent pay each month, 10, 20 or 30 hours contracts available
• Minimum 1-hour calls with your own regular matched clients
• Scheduled Travel time 15 minutes in between client calls
• 28 days paid holiday
• Early Pay App - request up to 50% of your pay early

If you think you can tick our boxes and we tick yours get in touch. You’ll need to bring oodles of patience, and a sense of humour. We’re a social bunch at Home Instead who love getting together for regular training (and parties!) and we will always be there to support you no matter what.

All we need from you is a full UK driving license with access to your own car and the desire to care for others, we can teach you the rest!
