Service Advisor

Holdcroft Motors Renault

Solihull

Basic Salary £26k plus bonus

Full time, permanent. Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.30 pm and Saturdays on a rota.

Main purpose of job

Ensure that you maximise all service sales opportunities by using professional selling techniques
Record customer requirements and details accurately on our bespoke Company system
Record vehicle details and service histories accurately and effectively operate a customer follow up system
Ensure that the customer is fully informed of all products and services available
Sell additional products, services and repair work in a professional manner
Effectively operate a service department loading system
Carry out promotional work as directed

About you

Minimum of 1 year’s proven service advisor experience and a passion for the automotive industry.
