Full time, permanent.

Monday to Friday 8.30am- 5pm

Experienced Vehicle Preparation Supervisor required for full time vacancy reporting to the Fleet Operations Manager.

To assist with the smooth running of the Vehicle preparation centre/PDI fleet operation.

Persons responsible to the supervisor are as follows:

• Vehicle parking

• Drivers associated with the fleet workshop

• Quality controller

• Valeters.

Main job function points:

• To assist with customer post-delivery issues

• To oversee quality control

• To ensure that vehicles are available for preparation in the allocated timescale

• To ensure all processes are followed so to allow technicians the ability to PDI/accessorise and plate the vehicles within the allocated timescale

• To assist, where necessary, with any outside sourced subcontract work or work carried out by our dealerships and Bodyshop

• To assist with the technicians job lists when necessary

• To carry out a percentage of quality control checks to ensure the quality is of a high standard

• To ensure that the personnel under the supervision of the supervisor, have the correct training and support to carry out their job function to a high standard

• To ensure that all aspects of health and safety are carried out in line with company policy to include daily pre inspection checks

• To ensure a good standard of housekeeping
