THE OPPORTUNITY

The Role

We're looking for a Professional Support Paralegal to join our Merges & Acquisitions team with an ideal start date of Monday 17 July.

Assisting the Professional Support Lawyers in monitoring developments of law and practice
Conducting research, using internet and other research tools
Producing client and internal newsletters
Being part of the team leading the digital transformation of our know-how support
Helping to manage on-line library and legal know-how materials
Assisting with the document management of precedents
Distributing know-how materials to relevant members of the Group
Administrative tasks

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Skills, experience and qualifications

Educated to at least degree level
2:1 grade (preferable but not essential)
LPC (preferable but not essential)
6 months to a year’s work experience in an office based environment (preferable but not essential)
Basic IT skills (in MS office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new IT skills and other database systems
Experience in conducting internet searches and online research
