Position: Park Entertainer (Possible accommodation available)

Type: Full Time / Seasonal - Working evening shifts including weekends and bank holidays.

Rate of pay: £10.00 to £12.00 per hour (Holiday Inclusive) – Paid Weekly

About Us

Hendra Holiday Park is a 5* Cornish family holiday park located in Newquay.

We’re a family-run business celebrating our 50th year this year. The Role

As park entertainer you will work within a team of entertainers in the Venue bar which can seat up to 500 guests. The role will require you to play an integral part of the team and varying roles such as character animation (as Henry or Henrietta – our park mascots).

You will be hosting adult game shows, performing in party dances, hosting kids games and even be part of our In house shows too. There will from time to time be requirements to be part of the daily activities going on around the park.

Who we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you will need an outgoing personality, you will need to be able to sing a dance (we’re not looking for perfection here but to be able to follow basic routines and carry a tune). Being great with interacting with customers and especially young children is essential and having a confident nature about you.

This role would be ideal for someone who has just begun their journey into Entertainment or is wanting to start a career in the industry. Training will be provided to help you develop into the role, we want you to have as much fun in the team as we know our guests do from our team.
