We are looking for a Java Developer to join a fast-paced team that is responsible for the creation of high-quality software. The ideal candidate will be focused on creating software that is both user friendly and effective and have a background in Java application development.

Responsibilities:

Take functional requirements from non-functional requirements and create detailed design explanations for implementation.
Communicate design decisions to the rest of the development team.
Perform code reviews with team members to ensure that new code conforms to existing standards and is well-written.
Ensure that all code conforms to existing standards and is well-written before submitting for peer review.
Prepare reports for management on status of development work and suggest improvements.
Lead project design reviews.

candidate must speak German atleast completed B1 level.
