Exciting Term Time Leadership Opportunity at Hedgehogs Preschool

Due to internal promotion, we now have a vacancy for a Preschool Manager to lead, motivate and inspire a small team at our preschool setting in Hempstead.

At Hedgehogs our aim is to provide the highest quality early years education to all of our children, promoting our ethos 'explore, discover, play'. We ensure our policies and procedures are implemented and embedded across all settings and pride ourselves on our proactive approach to communication with our families.

The successful candidate must hold a relevant Level 3 childcare qualification as a minimum (Ofsted recognised) and be able to demonstrate previous leadership skills along with experience of working with children from 2-5yrs, providing the highest standards of early years education. A full induction and ongoing training to adopt our bespoke pedagogy will be key to joining our Hedgehogs family.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £17,440.00-£18,137.60 per year

• 8 hour shift
