Position Overview & Specifications

We have a new opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Central Hub in Stratford upon Avon. Within this role, you will be providing administrative support to the operations team across the organisation, playing a key role in supporting respite bookings and providing a high level of customer service to the families and the operations team.


This is a 20 hour a week role working Monday-Friday. We are flexible with days/times and are able to accommodate school hours.

The role is a hybrid role, so both home and office working will be required. Initially during your training you will be expected to be in the office more often whilst we bring you up to speed!


Role responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with families and key contacts of the people we support
  • Strong team working with registered managers and service managers to best support our services
  • Administration of respite booking requests
  • Ensuring respite occupancy is best utilised and operates at full capacity
  • Updating capacity trackers
  • Supporting registered managers on family engagement and helping prepare reports, including updating systems and extracting data when necessary
